EXTENDED RANGE DIVER
This course is designed for divers who want to advance their technical diving skills and perform more complex decompression dives. The training prepares you to plan and conduct dives up to 55 meters and introduces the use of a second decompression gas.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:
• minimum age 18
• Advanced Nitrox Diver certification
• medical fitness to participate in the course
COURSE DURATION:
• theoretical module
• practical module in open water
THEORETICAL TRAINING:
The course is conducted based on the student manual and lectures delivered using official training materials.
Topics include:
• advanced decompression strategies
• use of multiple decompression gases
• planning dives up to 55 meters
• problem solving and emergency management
• preparation for the theoretical exam
PRACTICAL TRAINING:
Consist of:
• 6 open water dives
• total dive time minimum 240 minutes
• maximum depth 55 meters
PRACTICAL EXAM:
• conducted during open water dives
EGZAMIN TEORETYCZNY:
• online test
CERTIFICATION:
• ability to plan and conduct dives up to 55 meters
• safe use of two decompression gases
• improved ability to manage complex diving situations
