During the training, you will learn:
- Proper weighting and precise buoyancy control

The objective of the course is to prepare divers for more advanced training and develop consistent, standardized procedures that improve the safety of the entire dive team.
Course Information
- Minimum age: 16 years (Participants under the age of 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent.)
- Prerequisites: Advanced Open Water Diver or an equivalent certification, Dry Suit Diver, Basic Nitrox Diver, Twinset Diver or Basic Open Water Sidemount Diver, a valid diving medical certificate, and current dive insurance.
- Swimming test: Swim 350 metres using any stroke within a maximum of 14 minutes, and complete a 25-metre underwater swim on a single breath.
- Theory: Conscious use of your own equipment, dive preparation, dive briefing, use of Nitrox, teamwork, dive visualization, and emergency procedures.
- Practical training: 4 open water dives
- Minimum total dive time: 100 minutes
- Maximum depth: According to the participant's current certification level.
- Equipment configuration: Twinset or sidemount, in accordance with the diver's current qualifications.
- Practical examination: Assessment of diving technique, buoyancy control, teamwork, and the correct execution of procedures.

HOW DOES THE COURSE WORK?
From analysing your own equipment configuration and diving technique to confidently performing procedures while maintaining a stable position underwater.
TRIM AND BUOYANCY
You will learn proper weighting, maintain a horizontal trim, and develop precise depth control while performing the exercises.
Technique and Procedures
You will practise finning techniques, the V-drill, the S-drill, SMB deployment, and the correct procedures in the event of a light failure.
Teamwork
During the dives, you will develop your communication, teamwork, and the ability to carry out a shared dive plan in a calm and structured manner.

Physical Fitness
