WHAT WILL YOU LEARN IN THE COURSE?
The IDF Solo Diver course develops the skills required for safe and conscious diving with greater independence.
During the training, you will learn:

The goal of the course is to prepare the diver to act consciously in various situations and to increase safety and competence during every dive.
COURSE INFORMATION
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Prerequisites: Advanced Open Water Diver certification or an equivalent certification from a recognised diving organisation.
- Health requirements: Fit to participate in the course.
- Theory: Theoretical module based on the course manual and instructor-led lectures.
- Practical training: Practical module in open water.
- Total dive time: Minimum 100 minutes
- Maximum depth: 30 meters (40 meters for divers holding a Deep Diver certification)
- Practical exam: Conducted during the open water training dives.
- Theory exam: Online test.
