WHAT WILL YOU LEARN IN THE COURSE?
The IDF First Aid Response course develops the essential skills needed to provide first aid and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
During the training, you will learn:
- the emergency response sequence
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for adults, children, and infants
- Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- Treatment of wounds, injuries, and burns
- Management of choking, poisoning, hypothermia, and drowning emergencies
The goal of the course is to prepare participants to provide first aid calmly, confidently, and effectively in life-threatening and medical emergency situations.

- Prerequisites: None
- Administrative requirements: Parental or legal guardian consent for participants under the age of 18
- Health requirements: A health condition that allows participation in the course

- Training scenarios: 10 realistic emergency response scenarios
