SILVER (LEVEL 1)
ADVANCED OPEN WATER DIVER PSAI / SILVER (LEVEL 1)
This is a course that offers versatile opportunities for further education for even more interesting and safer diving.
CERTIFICATION:
Upon successful completion of the course, participants receive an international license allowing dives up to 30m in various environmental conditions.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:
- Holding an Open Water Sport Diver certification or an equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 10 logged dives
REQUIREMENTS TO COMPLETE THE COURSE:
- Completion of a minimum of 20 dives in total
- Acquisition of skills and knowledge in 4 specialty areas, including the following mandatory specialties:
- Night and Limited Visibility Diving (Night & Limited Visibility)
- Underwater Navigation using a Compass (Underwater Navigation)
- and 2 out of 9 remaining:
- Diving with a Full Face Mask (Full Face Mask)
- Dry Suit Diving (Dry Suit)
- Twin Set Diver
- Narcosis Management Level I or Level I + II
- Ice Diving (Ice Diver)
- Wreck Diving in a Cold Water Environment (Wreck Diver – Cold Water Environment)
- Basic Nitrox
- DPV Open Water Diving (DPV Open Water)
- Basic Open Water Sidemount Diver
Additionally: Course dive to a depth of 30m.
